Glow Flow

Sunburn

Sunburn turns up the heat with a fun, high-energy cardio workout on the Jumpboard. This class combines dynamic jumping sequences with core strengthening and muscle-toning exercises to get your heart pumping and your whole body firing. Designed to boost endurance, burn calories, and build strength, Sunburn delivers an invigorating, low-impact workout that feels just as fun as it is effective.

Tone

Tone is a dynamic, full-body reformer Pilates class designed to sculpt, strengthen, and energize. With a focus on balance, stability, and core control, you’ll move through purposeful exercises that lengthen and define muscles while improving posture and flexibility. This class challenges the whole body in a safe, low-impact way, leaving you feeling stronger, more centred, and deeply refreshed.

Oh My Quad

Oh My Quad is a lower-body Pilates class that zeroes in on your thighs—especially the quads. You’ll move through controlled sequences using the reformer, chair, box, and your own bodyweight to build strength, stability, and endurance (yes, expect the shakes).

Relax & Release

Relax & release is a restorative class designed to release tension, ease stress, and restore balance to your body. Using a blend of deep stretching, mindful movement, and myofascial release techniques, this class promotes circulation, flexibility, and relaxation. It’s the perfect way to unwind, recover from more intense workouts, and leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and refreshed.
